If you have survived abuse, whether it is emotional, physical or sexual, you might find yourself stuck in the past and have a hard time remembering the good that is still present in your life.

Trauma can lead to shame, depression, anxiety and difficulty trusting others. While you can’t change what happened, you can change the way trauma impacts your life. You are not your past. It is still possible to live a life that is full of joy, love, and hope. I will help you to overcome trauma and regain your confidence and trust in the world around you.
